It was adequate as a place to stay. There was virtually no interaction with staff after check-in but I didn't need any help with anything anyway

I would not book this hotel again. Terrible service. I booked a room for an overnight stay but I cancelled it because it was booked on the same day, and I tried to modify it but it was available, then I tried to cancel it so I had the refund and rebooked it for a specific date but it was denied. I even tried to call the hotel but no one was picking it up. Never ever again.

Its affordable but the business can do better. There are ants in the location. Not lots of places around but I guess for the price its worth the sacrifice.

The place is technically like a motel, it's kinda dirty. The location is 10 minutes from Plaza (downtown) and 20-30 minutes to La Union Beach.
